The project area is minor watershed 31058, located within the Watonwan River Major Watershed.
This is a MPCA-funded, Phase II - Implementation, Clean Water Partnership Project (CWP). The project began in 1992 and is funded through September of 1999. The implementation plan is divided into four separate phases and the project is currently in Phase III. Project implementation priorities are public information and education, fertilizer, management, conservation tillage, gully erosion control, mechanical weed harvesting, and continued project monitoring.
