The Bass Lake project was completed through the MPCA Lake Assessment Program (LAP) in 1993. A LAP report includes general information about a lake's trophic status, factors affecting nutrient input to the lake (such as land cover/land use or point source pollution potential), fisheries health, water quality, historical trend analysis and watershed assessment modeling.
