Full Moon Snowshoe Hike

Saturday, February 23, 2013
8:00 p.m.

Go stomping through the snow at Flandrau State Park on a Full Moon Snowshoe Hike.  Starting at 8 p.m., we will go for a hike through the woods and along the Cottonwood River using only the moon as our light source.  On the route we will stop a number of times to talk about how we use our five difference senses (hearing, sight, taste, touch and smell).  We will be out for around an hour.  Snowshoes can be rented at Flandrau State Park by calling 507-233-9800.

Minnesota State Park pass ($5 daily or $25 yearly) is required and  can be purchased at the park on the night of the event.
