Overall Plan: Lac Qui Parle-Yellow Bank Watershed District In Parts of Lac Qui Parle, Lincoln, and Yellow Medicine Counties

This overall plan was designed to provide a basis for the conservation, preservation, and development of water resources in the Lac Qui Parle-Yellow Bank Watershed District. The plan includes a description of the district (e.g., location, geology, and sub-watersheds), district objectives, watershed problems and plans for solution (e.g., flood control, drainage, and water quality), and the policy under which works of improvement are pursued. Various maps are appended.
