Waterfalls of the Minnesota River Valley

The Minnesota River Basin is blessed with a diverse and amazing selection of waterfalls as rivers and creeks flow off the former upland prairie down into the deep river valley.  By taking a journey with photographs we will talk about some of the more famous ones like Ramsey Falls that drops into the Redwood River and others like Maya Ska Dan Falls that are less visible to the public.  Of course the highlight of this program is a walk to check out the double falls of Minneopa Creek and hopefully a chance to go down below the lower falls.  Please meet in the parking lot of the Falls Area at Minneopa Creek State Park.
