The Raptor Center at the University of Minnesota will be presenting two bird programs at Minneopa State Park’s Open House. This one hour program is fun and educating to the whole family and will give you the chance to see a number of wild birds including a bald eagle. A trained staff member from the Raptor Center will talk about each of the birds and use hands-on activities to keep the audience engaged. This program is sponsored by the Friends of Minneopa State Park, who will serve an ice cream social in between performances. Meet at the Picnic Shelter on the waterfalls side of the park.
