Bird Ecology

What makes a bird a bird?  Discover all the different parts of a bird, why birds are important to us and how birds get along in nature.  We will talk about a number of different bird species that make their home here in Minnesota and in particular look at the unique characteristics of a mallard duck.  Please meet at the picnic area on the campground side of Minneopa State Park.
