| The mission of the Minnesota River Basin Data Center is to provide for the inventory, development, retrieval, interpretation and dissemination of pedigreed data and information on topics that impact the environment, economy and communities within the Minnesota River Basin. |
The MRBDC shall:

Operate under the public trust and make public information accessible to all for decision making and for setting sound public policy. Identify the holes or conflicts in current data and timely issues within the basin. Provide support, training and outreach for the citizens of the basin. |
